I started training with Reiki quite a few years ago, with my initial focus simply on the physical aspects of pain relief and restoration. My Reiki practice has now evolved into a highly spiritual practice for myself as I’ve developed my spiritual connection. Reiki sessions are held either in person or via distance and can be emotional, spiritual and healing experiences. 

End of Life supports include practical assistance with funeral arrangements, advice and options discussions, bedside reiki and company and more, to best support people and their loved ones through the End of Life process.
